HQMENA may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an update on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions were last updated in December 2022. HQMENA reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
HQMENA reserves the right to refuse admission to any event or conference for any behaviour, which it deems unacceptable, or for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

By gaining admission to our events you accept to have your photos published in the context of being an attendee should it be captured, if you do not wish to have your photos published or come across a photo which you would like removed, you may contact us at [email protected]
and we will remove or address as you request.

3. Ticket Delivery

The Event has Free Ticket to attend the event, For Free tickets, once the rquired information are provided, we will email the ticket details to the Visitors. For some ticket types, it may be necessary to complete all required information – such as the attendee’s name or address – before the tickets can be issued in email. All the tickets are sent out with confirmation number and QR Code which need to be shown at the event registratio counter to collect the hard copy of your badge to access the event.All the Free tickets are subject to approval by the event organiser Company and Any dispute is suject to the Exclusive Jurisdication of United Arab Emirates

4. Registration

HQMENA may collect data from you in the course of purchasing and or registering for tickets sold by HQMENA (and/or other group companies). You give your permission for your user account details to be stored and acknowledge that you may provide HQMENA a reasonable timeframe to remove your details at any time that you no longer wish them to be stored. You acknowledge and accept that your data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose. Should you wish your data to be removed you must request HQMENA to do so in writing. Requests can be emailed to

5. Refunds / Cancellations / Discounts

All purchases of tickets for conferences and events (including hotel rooms if applicable) are non-refundable in their entirety. Your ticket remains the property of HQMENA and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price.
If for any reason HQMENA decides to cancel this event, HQMENA accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather or other causes beyond the Registrant’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or event by HQMENA, the liability of HQMENA is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.​
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or multiple offer and apply to new bookings only; there will be no adjustments on previous registrations.

6. Exhibitor Information

HQMENA will not provide transport or travel expenses to or from any event or conference. HQMENA will consider but not guarantee exhibitors’ requests for day changes at any event or conference.
