• Yes, attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in the event.

• The event will primarily be conducted in Spanish. However, certain sessions or presentations may be in English, depending on the speaker or company.

• Yes, parking facilities are available at the venue. However, please note that it is paid parking. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early as spaces may be limited.

• No, food and beverages will not be provided. If you wish to have refreshments, you will need to purchase them independently from vendors near the venue.

• Once your registration has been approved and completed, you will receive an email with your unique bar-coded ticket for the event. You must present this at the badge pick-up area to collect your pass, along with a government-issued Photo ID.

• Passes can be collected from the exhibition venue between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm on both days of the event.

• We do not, under any circumstances, provide any assistance relating to visas. We recommend that you check with your local government for information on required documents and arrangements you’ll need for travel to Mexico.
